The Arrivo Nebbiolo wines are the culmination of Peter Godden and Sally McGill’s long-held fascination with this most complex of grape varieties. They have both drawn on their extensive experience in the Australian wine industry and with the Nebbiolo variety in its native Piedmont in North Western Italy, to grow and to hand-craft wines of personality and style. Peter and Sally committed eight years of hard work and dedication to viticultural and winemaking trials before releasing their first wine, the 2004 Arrivo Nebbiolo in October 2006. With a drive for perfection and attention to detail, the Arrivo Nebbiolo wines are made in tiny quantities, and each has been received with tremendous critical acclaim.
