The Bodegas Tradción Palo Cortado came in equal top in the recent Palo Cortado Sherry tasting on JancisRobinson.com.

32 years old. RS 4 g/l. Deep apricot gold. Lots of dark, bitter cooked orange pith. Intoxicating aroma – rich and spicy. Incredible depth and intensity and super-smooth on the finish even though it has such depth and concentration. Just a little nutty and finely dry. There’s a slight warmth on the finish but it is not intrusive. (JH)
